The national association of realtors and its affiliated institutes, societies, and councils provide a wide-range of programs and services that help members increase their skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations acknowledge experience and expertise in various real estate sectors and are awarded after completion of comprehensive specialized training classes, course work, & exams. 

Michael is a licensed Principal Broker, meaning he undertook additional coursework/education and state/federal exams. With this designation he can manage a real estate office and other brokers while overseeing and reviewing the contracts of other brokers.  


The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.


This certification is designed for REALTORS® who facilitate the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination are involved in this market niche. 


Coldwell Banker’s elite designation awarded to brokers who have successfully demonstrated knowledge and sales production in the luxury market sector. This designation speaks to properties listed or sold over eight hundred thousand.  Brokers must be selected to participate and meet the strict production guidelines.


The accredited buyer’s representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers the brokers commitment to outstanding service, and the specialty education and documents knowledge that have to be met as requirements to earn this designation.
